16UG Season Information

16U – Specific Rules

• Fair Play rules are no longer in effect
• Use of only 1 libero is permitted and 6 limited substitutions will be used
• The 16U age class is permitted to receive serve with an overhand motion using the fingers

Practices

Practices weekly Sunday afternoon/evening for 2 hours.

Additional weekday practices may be added based on gym/coach availability.
