Athletes born from September 1, 2008 to Dec 31 2009 (16 months)

16U – Specific Rules
- Fair Play rules are no longer in effect
- Use of only 1 libero is permitted and 6 limited substitutions will be used
- The 16U age class is permitted to receive serve with an overhand motion using the fingers
Practices
Practices weekly Sunday afternoon/evening for 2 hours.
Additional weekday practices may be added based on gym/coach availability.
