Valkyrie Volleyball Club (18U, 17U, 14U) have joined forces with Wetaskiwin Volleyball Club (16U, 15U) for the 2026 season!

Tryouts for the 2026 season are starting soon! All tryouts held at Wetaskiwin Composite High School.

17U, 18U
Winter tryouts start Nov 30, if needed

Team selection is always the hardest part of the season for coaches.

No early signing was completed this year.

Signing of athletes happens during tryout periods, based on age category following Volleyball Alberta guidelines. Roster size varies year-to-year.

*fees will be determine by coaches based on season planning. Fees typically range from $800-1100 for the Dec-May season.

13U: – $ – 2 Volleyball Alberta Premiers & Provincials, local tournaments

14U: $ – 3 Volleyball Alberta Premiers & Provincials, local tournaments

15U: $ – 3 Volleyball Alberta Premiers & Provincials, local tournaments

16U: $ – 3 Volleyball Alberta Premiers & Provincials, local tournaments

17U: $ – 3 Volleyball Alberta Premiers & Provincials, local tournaments

**Fees do not include Nationals or optional swag/ gear. Fees do not include travel costs.

Volleyball is a sport that evolves every year to make the sport safer for our athletes, and more entertaining for spectators.
